STEP 1

SHIP TO INFORMATION

On this page you enter information about where you would like your order sent. Click on International if the address is outside of the United States. Do not use international for Armed Forces, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.

STEP 2

ORDER SUMMARY

On this page you will see a summary of your order including sales tax (if applicable), estimated shipping and handling, and your order total.

Be sure to read the description of how shipping charges are calculated. In addition, some states have local sales taxes that may be added to your order. If your state is one of these then a note will be displayed.

For international orders you can choose to be notified via e-mail with the actual shipping charges before the order is shipped. If you choose this option then your order will not be shipped until you reply to the e-mail authorizing the shipping charges.

STEP 3

PAYMENT INFORMATION

On this page you enter your method of payment. You may enter either a credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or an approved Purchase Order number.

You can choose not to have an e-mail confirmation sent but the default is to send the confirmation

Use the Instructions area to add any special instructions, requests, or suggestions.

STEP 4

PROCESS ORDER

You are now ready to complete your order. The amount that will be charged to your credit card or Purchase Order is shown. This amount shown may include an estimate of shipping charges but actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Check to make sure the e-mail address for the order confirmation is correct.

Click on Complete Order to process your order.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED

ORDER NUMBER

Your order number is generated when you click on the Complete Order button. Record this number for future reference. It will be useful when making any inquires about your order.

PRINT OR VIEW YOUR ORDER

To print or view your order, click on the Print button. The order will be displayed in a format suitable for printing. To print just click on your browsers Print button or select Print from the browsers File menu. When done just click on your browsers Back button to return to the online store.

ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL

When your order is processed, an e-mail will be sent (provided an e-mail address was entered) confirming the order. The e-mail will have your order number and a link to print or view your order. Most e-mail programs will let you just click on the link. This will open your browser and go to the Order Confirmation page. You will need to enter your username and password to view your order. This link uses our secure server but, as an additional security measure, only the last four digits of your credit card number are shown.

What to expect as you complete your order.

Now that you have placed the items you want to order in your cart you are ready to proceed to checkout. Here are the steps you will go through and what you can expect to happen by clicking the links below.

What to expect after your order has been processed.

Once you have completed the above steps you will see a page that says Your Order Has Been Processed. Several important things will happen at this point.

  • YOU WILLBE ASSIGNED ORDER NUMBER
  • YOU WILL BE ABLE PRINT OR VIEW YOUR ORDERS
  • YOU WILL RECEIVE E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
